Please read these terms of business carefully before ordering any products from Eltra Global (UK) Ltd. By ordering products from us you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms of business. Eltra Global (UK) Ltd. retains the right to amend these terms of business without prior notice.
Prices:
Prices mentioned throughout the website are for products of grade 420 stainless steel in satin
or mirror finish only without any customization by colour or
branding. They have not been autoclave tested as all customers do not need autoclave-able instruments.
If
you need customized products, in grade 440 stainless steel or autoclave-able or in
different colours or with your own brand, then please contact us directly with your requirements.
All prices are subject to change without any notice.
Eltra Global (UK) Ltd. has the right to refuse an order if due to some error, the prices mentioned here are considered incorrect. We will correct the prices and let you know. You can decide whether to go ahead with your order upon receiving price clarification from us.
VAT: We are not charging VAT at the moment.
Credit Accounts: Orders are processed on credit at our sole discretion. You cannot ask for a credit account.
Stock:
We only list products
on our website if we have them in stock. This allows for prompt delivery
without delays and disappointment. We aim to add more items in our
stock regularly so please check back often to see new products.
If you need any other items as shown on our homepage, or if you need a product according to your own sample, as made to order as per your customization needs like autoclave testing, colour coating, own branding etc, please send us your request and we will aim to deliver within 6-8 weeks. Minimum order:
Minimum order for anywhere in the world is 1 pack of 1 dozen items, per item, per size.
Delivery Charges: There is no hidden delivery charge. This means the price you see on the product is the only price you have to pay for any item delivered to wherever you are in the world.
Delivery for UK is meant for UK mainland.
Delivery for World is meant for all countries outside UK and Europe. Europe includes all countries mentioned below.

Delivery Time: Orders
will be posted within 24 hours of receipt of payment on business days. Once posted, you can expect to receive your goods within 3-4 days as per normal postage and courier terms. For international deliveries you can expect to receive your order within 7-10 working days as per normal postage and courier service terms. We send orders via standard Royal Mail post or by courier. However,once posted, the parcels are the responsibility of the courier or post office. Eltra global (UK) Ltd. cannot be help responsible or liable in any way if due to delivery company's negligence, something happens to your order. We will however, upon your notice, investigate the matter with the delivery company and pass on half of any compensation we receive to you.
Guarantee: We offer a 365 days money back guarantee if there is a fault with the instruments. You may return items within this time if you or your customers notice a manufacturing fault in any product and we shall be liable for a replacement or a refund. For this reason, it is your responsibility to check each and every item upon receipt.
If you are returning an item merely because you have changed your mind, you must contact us and tell us about your decision within 1 day of the receiving your order. If we are not contacted immediately, we will not accept returns in this situation. When you contact us, we will inform you the date by which we should receive the instruments. Items must be returned in their original packing and condition.
We will inspect all products that are returned before agreeing to issue a refund or replacement. We have the right to decline any refund or replacement claims if we decide that the fault in the product has been engineered, because we do a quality check on all items before dispatch.
We will not accept returns on items that have been
- excessively used. For example: used so much that the blades don't cut any more or the function becomes loose or joints become noisy. You have to get the instrument serviced, like re-sharpen the blades and re-oil the joints. Remember, 420 grade scissors are very sharp but they still won't last for as many cuts as 440 grade scissors will. If you need 440 grade scissors, advise us at the time of ordering.
- used for other purposes than they were meant. For example, cutting wires with a nail nipper
- abused so that the product has broken or has got broken parts. For example, putting more weight in a display bag than it can handle
Therefore make sure there is a genuine reason for sending the items you purchased, back. If we refuse a refund, and send back any products, you will have to pay for re-delivery.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. Only our stainless steel wholesale hairdressing and beauty care tools are supplied with a 365 day guarantee. All plastic tools and leather display pouches are supplied with 30 day money back guarantee. Weights and Measures: All measurements of sizes and item weights are the closest possible approximations. The weights mentioned include the pouches in which the items will be packed. The sizes of hairdressing scissors do not include the measurement of any finger rests.

Most of these items are very sharp and meant to be handled by responsible adults who know what they are doing. Although there is no restriction to selling to trade and professionals only, but please note that we will not be responsible in any way for how the instruments and tools are used. By buying goods from this website, you relieve Eltra Global (UK) Ltd. of any responsibility due to any harm inflicted as a result of misuse of these instruments and tools. NEVER put these professional instruments in the hands of minors. Keep away from sight and reach of children.
