Prices:
Prices mentioned throughout the website are for products of HRC 420 in satin
or mirror finish only without any customization by colour or
branding. They have not been autoclave tested as all customers do not need autoclaveable instruments.
If
you need customized products, in HRC 440 or autoclaveable or in
different colours or with your own brand, then please contact us directly with your requirements.
All prices are subject to change without any notice.
Minimum order:
Minimum order for anywhere in the world is 1 pack of 1 dozen items, per item, per size, per finish.
Delivery Charges: Delivery is FREE in mainland UK. Outside mainland UK, delivery will still be FREE if orders are made for 5 dozen items per item per size. Less than 5 dozen instruments order may be charged. We will send you a separate invoice for delivery charge. As a guide, you will be sent an invoice for £10 for delivery anywhere in the world for the first 500 grams, and then £5 for every additional 500g weight upto 20 kg. If your ordered goods weigh more than 20kg, we will arrange special low cost delivery. Please contact us before ordering to find out more.
Delivery Time: Orders
will be posted within 24 hours of receipt of payment on business days
only if the items ordered are in stock and there is no customization
required on them.
If items ordered are not in stock or if they have some customization
work like autoclave testing, colour coating, own branding etc. they
will be posted within 3-6 weeks. Once posted, you can expect to receive your goods within 1 week.
Guarantee: We offer a 365 days money back guarantee if you are not happy with your purchase. You may return items within this time if you or your customers notice a manufacturing fault in any product and we shall be liable for a replacement or a refund. For this reason, it is your responsibility to check each and every item upon receipt.
If you are returning an item merely because you have changed your mind, you may do so within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packing and condition.
We will inspect all products that are returned before agreeing to issue a refund or replacement. We have the right to decline any refund or replacement claims if we decide that the fault in the product has been engineered, because we do a quality check on all items before despatch.
We will not accept returns on items that have been
- excessively used. For example: used so much that the blades don't cut any more or the function becomes loose or joints become noisy. You have to get the instrument serviced, like re-sharpen the blades and re-oil the joints. Remember, 420 temper scissors are very sharp but they still won't last for as many cuts as 440 temper scissors will. If you need 440 temper scissors, advise us at the time of ordering.
- used for other purposes than they were meant. For example, cutting wires with a nail nipper
- abused so that the product has broken or has got broken parts. For example, putting more weight in a display bag than it can handle
Therefore make sure there is a genuine reason for sending the items you purchased, back. If we refuse a refund, and send back any products, you will have to pay for re-delivery.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. Only our stainless steel wholesale hairdressing and beauty care tools are supplied with a 365 day guarantee. All plastic tools and leather display pouches are supplied with 30 day money back guarantee. Weights and Measures: All measurements of sizes and item weights are the closest possible approximations. The weights mentioned include the pouches in which the items will be packed.
Ways to order: You can buy our products online from this website, or send us your order by fax, email, letter or phone. Just note down all the item numbers you want and contact us using the 'contact us' tab above or our phone or fax numbers mentioned at the bottom of each page on this website. Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email and an invoice which states the total payment you need to make for your order. You can then use the following information to make the payment in any way which suits you best. Once we receive your payment we will process your order.
Ways to pay for your order: You can buy our products online on this website by paying for your order via PayPal. However you can also make payments for your order by cheque, online banking or depositing money in our bank account personally.
